No steam comes out the back stem vents on the Breville 650 bcc coffee maker? Is it plugged? I regularly rinse out the coffee filter basket so it is not that.

I've followed the same procedure many times, and the machine makes coffee as it normally does, but when I remove the bean hopper the chute door does not rotate open.
